NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th January, 2004
S.O. 125(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 205C of the Companies Act 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes a committee consisting of the following persons to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Central Government vide No. GSR 749(E) dated 1st October, 2001 namely :

3. Exective Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai —Member
4. Executive Director, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Mumbai —Member
5. Prof J.L. Gupta, Sri Ram College of Commerce —Member
6. P.N. Vijay, Investor Analyst, Delhi —Member
7. Ms. Sucheta Dalai, Journalist, Mumbai —Member
8. Kirit Somaiya, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha —Member
9. Maim Chadha, Chartered Accountant, New Delhi —Member
10. Raj endra Chitale, Chartered Accountant —Member
11.Ajay Shah, Consultant, Department of Economic Affairs —Member
Vice-Chairman, Company Law Board —Special Invitee

2. The Members of the Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
