MCA vide its notification dated January 21,2023 amended format of Format of e form MGT 3 And MGT 14 . In Companies (Management and Administration Rules, 2014 in annexure for e Form MGT 3 And MGT 14 Shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 44(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 23rd January, 2023.
2. In the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, in annexure;
(a) for Form No.MGT-3, the following Form shall be substituted, namely:-
Form No. MGT 3
Notice of situation or change of situation or discontinuation of situation, of place where foreign register shall be kept
[Pursuant to section 88(4) of The Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to rule 7(2) of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014]

(b) for Form No.MGT-14, the following Form shall be substituted, namely:-
Form No. MGT 14
Filing of Resolutions and agreements to the Registrar
[Pursuant to section 117(1) of The Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 24 of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014]
