CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness Toward COVID-19)

As we all are aware, the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected over 110 countries, including India. Given the magnitude and extent of its spread, The World health organization (WHO) has declared it a Pandemic. Apart from human suffering, it also causing major economic disruptions.

In Order to generate greater awareness and confidence on our state of readiness, the MCA is in the process of deploying a simple Web form for a Company/LLPs to confirm their readiness to deal with the COVID-19 threat. The Web form name CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness Toward COVID-19) should be filed by authorised signatory of Company/LLPs.CAR-2020 shall be deployed on 23^rd March 2020. All the Companies/LLPs are requested to report compliance using the web services on 23^rd Instant.

Purpose behind this web base compliance.

In order to deal with this public health situation, the Corporate sector would  be require to play a key role in implementing the strategic policy decision of social distancing, which is the most crucial for reducing the rate  and extent of the disease transmission at community level.

It is just a confirmation form; – Whether the company/LLPs is complying of COVID-19 Guidelines or Not.

It is a responsibility of the Authorised signatory to file this web-based Form name CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness Toward COVID-19).

Steps For Filling Form_Car (Company Affirmation Of Readiness Toward Covid-19).

Step 1 Enter the CIN No. of the company and prefill.

Step 2 Select Whether the company/LLPs is complying of COVID-19 Yes if company has prepared guideline for that.

Step 3 Enter DIN/PAN/Membership No. of Authorized signatory.

Step 4 Enter Mobile No. of Authorized signatory. (For OTP Verification)

Step 5 Verify OTP and Click on Submit button.
