Amendments made by Central Government in notification by exercising power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd April, 2010

S.O. 913(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 21st July, 2009 vide number S.O. 1800(E), dated the 21st July, 2009, namely :

In the said notification, against serial No. (2), for the entry “Shri Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”, the entry “Shri Amarj it Chopra, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” shall be substituted.

Note:—The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1800(E), dated the 21st July, 2009 and was last amended vide number S.O. 3203(E), dated the 14th December, 2009.
