S.O. 1280(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitute a Committee consisting of the following persons to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Central Government vide GSR No. 750(E) dated 1.10.2001, namely
