In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act. 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said clause, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission, constituted under the Electricity Act, 2003 (39 of 2003), in respect of the following specified income arising to that Commission, namely:-
(a) consent fees or no objection certificate fees; (b) analysis fees on air quality and water quality or noise level survey fees; (c) authorisation fees; (d) cess reimbursement and cess appeal fees; (e) reimbursement of the expenses received from the Central Pollution Control Board towards National Air Monitoring Program, the Monitoring of Indian National Aquatic resources and like schemes;
Arjuna, as per new ITR-1 from, salaried persons have to give details of all assets & liabilities in case of income exceeding Rs. 50 lacs. These details consist of information regarding Land, Building, Cash, Jewellery & Vehicle and Liabilities in relation to these assets. This is a very important change made in ITR-1. These details are also required to be provided in ITR 2, 2A and 3.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes has notified the forms for filing of Income-tax returns for Assessment Year 2016-17. These return forms, namely ITR-1 (Sahaj), ITR2, ITR-2A, ITR-3, ITR-4, ITR-4S (Sugam), ITR-5, ITR-6, ITR-7 are available on the official website of the Department, http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
The entire role of the assessee and the activity performed by him for which he was remunerated, have a direct and proximate link with the game of cricket. In the given facts of this case, one cannot visualise earning of this income, de-horse the assessee having been a cricketer and a sportsman and nor can it be visualised independent of the game of cricket.

As per amendment, the time limit for initiation of proceedings for assessee in default is four years from the end of the financial year in which payment is made or credit is given. It is proposed to make these amendments effective from 1st April, 2010 i.e. there was no time limit mentioned before this amendment.
