In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby prescribes the following procedures to be followed for export of Pulses to Sri Lanka as notified by Notification No.37(RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 27.11.2006.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.111/2006-NT-Customs, dated the 26th October, 2006.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed, to act as the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Mumbai and Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nhava Sheva for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Paradise International, 22, Gopal Market, 2nd Floor, Bhagirath Palace, Delhi-6.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed, on the Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, P.O. Uran, District Raigarh, Maharashtra, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating.

Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai Custom House (Sea Cargo).
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Custom House, New Delhi to act as the Commissioner of Customs Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on such Commissioner of Customs.
