Notification No. 125/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai; and

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s M.K. Exim India Limited, 1, Anand Chambers, Baba Harish Chandra Marg, Indira Bazar, Jaipur – 01, works at E-3, RICCO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur and others, issued vide F.No. 23/16/2005-DZU, dated the 18th July, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, 6th Floor, B-4, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.
