The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has released the timetable for the Company Secretaries Examinations to be held in December 2025. Exams will take place from December 22 to December 29, 2025, with a break on December 25. All examinations are scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM, including a 15-minute extra reading time from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM.
The Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) includes papers like Jurisprudence, Capital Market and Securities Laws, Company Law and Practice, Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws, Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws, Tax Laws and Practice, and Corporate Accounting and Financial Management.
The Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) covers Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Strategic Management and Corporate Finance, Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances, Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency, Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence, and two open-book elective papers from a choice of five subjects each for Group-1 and Group-2. The Institute has reserved December 30, 2025, to January 2, 2026, for any unforeseen circumstances.
