NOTIFICATION

No. 3/2000-Central Excise (N.T.), dated 13-1-2000.

Inter-warehousing movement – Notification No 266/67- CE(NT) amended

In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated 28th November, 1967 namely:-

In paragraph of 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzm) sub-clauses shall be inserted, namely:-

“(zzzn) Baitalpur, District – Deora (U.P.)

(zzzo Banthra, District – Shahijanpur (U.P.).”
