OFFICE ORDER
It has been decided with the approval of the Hon’ble Corporate Affairs Minister to assign the charge of the post of Chairperson, National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) to Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairperson, Competition Commission of lndia (CCl) w.e.f. 01.10.2021 (F/N) for a period of three months or till appointment of a regular incumbent or till further orders, whichever is earlier, Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta will perform the duties of Chairperson, NFRA in addition to his existing work as Chairperson CCI.
