There were various amendments and notifications in the Companies Act, 2013 in the past six months.  The most important thing about these notifications is that they require immediate compliance or disclosure on the part of Companies within a specified due date. In this write up, we shall discuss preliminary about the recent important notifications in January and February:

5. The Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2019 08.02.2019 Amendment in SBO
6. The Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2019. 19.02.2019 Revision of Form PAS-3
7. The Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2019 21.02.2019 Introduction of ACTIVE Form
8. The Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2019 06.03.2019 Substitution of word “wide” instead of “widest” w.r.t. newspaper publication in case of change of RO from one state of another.
