No addition can be made on the basis of surmises, suspicion and conjectures. The burden of proving a transaction to be bogus has to be strictly discharged by adducing legal evidences, which would directly prove the fact of bogusness or establish circumstance unerringly and reasonably raising an interference to that effect.

From 1st January 2021, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) introducing QRMP scheme under GST to help small taxpayers whose turnover is less than ₹ 5 crore. The QRMP scheme allows the tax payers to file GSTR-3B on a quarterly basis and pay tax every month beginning from January-March,2021 period.
