In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies modification of SION A-315, in respect of the export product.

All dealers whose refund claims are pending and their returns for the year 2009-10 onwards involve central sale/sock transfer against statutory forms are hereby directed to file information online for the pending statutory forms/declaration in Block R 10 of CST return Form 1 by 30th November, 2013 for the year 2009-10

An EOU / EHTP / STP / BTP unit may export all kinds of goods and services except items that are prohibited in ITC (HS). Export of Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies (SCOMET) shall be subject to fulfillment of the conditions indicated in ITC (HS).
As per Article 10 of European Union Regulation (EC) No. 891/2009 of 25.9.2009 “release for free circulation for the quotas of CXL concession sugar with order no.09.4321 shall be subject to the presentation of a certificate of origin issued by the competent authority of the third country concerned in accordance with articles 55 to 65 of Regulation (EEC) No. 2454/93”. Accordingly, the entries to be made in the export authorization document EUR and GSP are as follows.
If only export has been fully completed / partly completed before 1.8.2013, then the corresponding import would be allowed subject to an undertaking from the authorization holder, that the inputs which have been actually used in the product already exported shall only be imported.

No. A- 3504 of the Product Group “Chemical and Allied Products”, the description of import item no. 1 may be read as “7-Chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-Quinoline carboxylic acid” instead of “ 7-Chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-Quinoline-3-carboxylic acid.
