PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 7/2015-2020 DATED THE 1st May, 2015 For border trade between India and China, the CIF value per consignment is being increased from ₹ 1,00,000/- to ₹ 2,00,000/- in case of Nathula, while for Gunji and Namgaya Shipkila, the existing CIF value limit of ₹ 25,000/- is being enhanced to ₹ 1,00,000/-.
Circular No. 10/2015-Customs dated 31st March, 2015 The Government has prioritized trade facilitation and creating an environment for ease of doing business. In this direction several initiatives have been taken in the recent past to simplify Customs procedures and enhance the use of automation in business processes with resultant reduction in transaction costs and dwell time associated with the Customs clearance of imported and export goods.
The Government has in recent times taken a number of measures to create an environment for ease of doing business and trade facilitation. The measures include the simplification of Customs procedures, reduction of documents, message exchange between Government agencies engaged in Customs clearance, and use of digital signature for electronic submission of Customs process documents
Attention of all Custom House Agents, Importers, Exporters, Shipping Agents, Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Members of the Trade is invited to the above mentioned subject for sanction and disbursement of drawback claims made against supplies made by DTA units to units in SEZ.
The application fee/ penalty/ any other fee shall be deposited in the following manner:- (1) By Demand Draft, in favour of the Head of the concerned Regional office of DGFT, or by depositing cash or cheque for Treasury Receipt Challan (TR) in an authorized Branch of Central Bank of India indicating the Head of Accounts 1453 -Foreign Trade and Export Promotion- Minor Head 102-Import License Application Fee
In order to facilitate transitional arrangements, the provisions of para 2.55 and 2.56 of Handbook of Procedures, 2015-20 are kept in abeyance till further orders and the procedure for issue of PSIC will be regulated as per procedure laid down in para 2.32.2A and 2.32.2B of Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 2009-14, till further orders.
Public Notice No. 4/2015-2020 Dated the 1 April, 2015 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby inserts Para 2.89 A in Handbook of Procedure, 2015-2020, as under, for laying down the procedure for implementation of the Track and Trace system for export of Pharmaceuticals and drug consignments:
The services and rates of rewards notified against them shall be applicable for services export made between 1-4-2015 to 30-09-2015 only. The list of services/rate is subject to review with effect from 1-10-2015.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures and the Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms, as contained in Annexure to this public Notice. This shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2015.
