Union budget 2017 announced Chewing Tobacco and Unmanufactured Tobacco Packing Machines (Capacity Determination and Collection of Duty) Amendment Rules, 2017.
These rules may be called the Pan Masala Packing Machines (Capacity Determination And Collection of Duty) Amendment Rules, 2017. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
