Amendment to notification 62/94 –Customs (N.T), dated 21.11.1994 so as to allow unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods at Dharma Port, Odisha

New Delhi, the 11^th May, 2017

S.O.1511(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section(1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 -Customs (N.T), dated the 21^st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 829 (E), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 9 relating to the State of Orissa, in column(3), against item (4) relating to Port Dhamra , for the entry relating thereto in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

“Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”.
