SEBI launched a centralized web based complaints redress system ‘SCORES’ in June 2011. The purpose of SCORES is to provide an administrative platform for aggrieved investors, whose grievances, pertaining to the securities market, remain unresolved by the concerned listed company, registered intermediary or recognized market infrastructure institutions (MIIs).
PILMB shall submit a certificate confirming that all the Self-Certified Syndicate Banks (SCSBs) involved in Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) have unblocked ASBA accounts. The application for NOC shall be considered incomplete by SEBI if the application for NOC is not accompanied by a confirmation by PILMB that all the accounts in ASBA have been ‘unblocked’.
The Insurer has to adhere to the Client level and Participant level position limits prescribed by SEBI and stock exchange while undertaking SLB. Insurer can only lend securities to the extent of not more than 10% quantity of those “scrips” of that particular fund(s). These prescribed limits shall be adhered at the time of lending

RBI has periodically issued guidelines/instructions/directives to banks with regard to providing credit facilities to Minority Communities. The Master Circular enclosed consolidates the circulars issued by Reserve Bank on the subject till date, as listed in the Appendix.
Bank staff may help the borrowers in filling up the forms and completing other formalities so that they are able to get credit facility within a stipulated period from the date of receipt of applications.
DAY-NRLM promotes affinity-based women Self Help Groups (SHGs). However, only in case of groups to be formed with persons with disabilities and other special categories like elders and transgenders, DAY-NRLM may have both men and women in the Self-Help Groups.
