Compliance Calendar of Listed Companies – Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annually & General Compliances
The Companies which are listed on stock exchanges has to mandatorily comply with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 or SEBI (LODR).
In this article, we shall discuss about the quarterly / half yearly / annual and general compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations (LODR):
QUARTERLY COMPLIANCES
