After Experience of 5 years one can earn in job 1 lac per month in Companies and Firm provided knowledge and exposure of Candidate. After 25 years or 30 years of experience one can earn Rs. 10 lac per month/ One Crore Annually provided knowledge and exposure of Candidate. In Self Practice initially one can earn 15000/- per month but after experience of 5-10 years in practice one can earn Rs. 1 lac to Rs.5 lac per month depends on scale of work handling and knowledge in field. Most of Senior Practicing Company Secretaries of India earning more than One Crore per Annuam. In NCLT and Bankruptcy Matter one can get professional fees in Crores.

The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e. Foundation Programme, Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
Yes, CS is considered the toughest course in the world. It is not so easy but not impossible.
