    CAN WE USE SAME LOGIC AND ARGUMENT FOR GST REGIME WHERE BUYER DENINED SET OFF BECAUSE OF SELLER HAD NOT DEOSITED GST OR NOT REFLECTED IN GSTR 2B/2A
