First of all it is to be mentioned that the rate of tax at what rate long term capital gains is to be charged, the assessee has declared long term capital gain and charged tax on the same at 20% as is evident from the acknowledgment of return filed before us. Even the endorsement issued by CPC, Bangalore u/s. 143(1) of the Act clearly envisaged the rate of tax on long term capital gain at 60%. We have gone through the entire Income Tax Act and found that no such rate of taxes on long term capital gain as is devised by the parliament. The Income Tax authorities are highly arrogant,ignorant and most corrupt.They shall never listen to the applications made to them for the rectification or the orders to be made giving effect to the appellate orders and shall normally never take an action in favour of the assessee if they are not bribed.However if any action is to be taken against an assessee they shall not blink and spare no effort in creating harassment to the assessee.They are too arrogant to admit any mistake and should an assessee dare to state any mistake he shall have to pay heavy price for the same.The citizens charter are the show pieces and have never been implemented upon.The CPC and TDS authorities have added more fuel to the already suffering assessees because in the computer system there is more harassment and an assessee is prevented from raising his grievance.Thanks to the brain trained to create harassment to the assessee.
