As you may be aware that Income Tax department has notified the Income Tax Return for the A.Y. 2009-10 but not yet officially released the ITR for the same. If there is Long Term Capital Gain from shares – then keep all brokers note and give the same to us for preparation of Form 10 DB for claiming exemption from tax. If the gain is Short Term from shares, then also brokers’ notes are required. |
