The President is pleased to order that following Assistant Director (Systems) be promoted to the grade of Deputy Director (Systems) in Pay Band 3, Rs.15,600-39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-, (as per 6th Pay Commission) with effect from 01.04.2017 or the date of their joining in the higher grade, whichever is later, until further order :-

2. The promotion of the aforesaid officers is in accordance with the recommendations of the meeting of the DPC held on 28.3.2017.
3. The order does not confer any right on the Officers(s), who are being retained at their existing Station(s) on promotion, to continue at these stations. These officers are liable to be transferred out of their existing stations, on grounds of administrative exigency and re-appraisal of workload, at any time, after the issuance of order.
