Requirement of bank account details has been removed at the time of GST Registration.
Now it is required after first login because normally a bank account cannot be opened before commencement of business.
Bank account details can be added vide amendment of non-core field.

I have taken GST registration to start the rice shop by providing my Aadhar, PAN (which is linked to my savings account) so far i didn’t link any account to my GST. Can i use my GST without linking any account? Is there any effect on my savings account as the documents linked each other (Aadhaar & PAN linked to saving account)

I am a freelance content writer, making over 1L per month through services provided to clients both within and outside my state.
I need more information regarding how I need to proceed with acquiring a GST number to avoid paying in TDS charged by my clients (who prefer to mention me in their books as an employee, which I really am not).
I need to know:
1. What do I need to apply for a new GST? Documents, licenses, registrations, fees, etc. Do I need to have a registered company?
2. What category of GST do I come under, i.e. SAC code and GST percent to be applied)
3. Who will have to pay that percentage (GST) and how? If I have to pay, then do I retrieve that amount (in percent) from my clients?
