    shame on indian government for not able to implement GST which has taken so many years, and still every professional is pointing out so many holes and software problems. Just wonder how the government is confident all state governments are really dedicated in this task.
    there are governments which has highly shaky minstries and all are busy about trying to loot as much as possible, before the government lasts

    Will the shop keepers sell the above items at reduced rate from 01-07-2017? e.g. If we buy insulin for say Rs.150/- today, it means cost of insulin medicine is Rs134/- + Taxes @12% Rs.16/-.
    From 01-07-2017 can we get insulin for Rs.141/-? (cost Rs.134/-+ GST @5%Rs.7/-)
