 Notification No. 87/2012-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the  26th September, 2012.

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra; and

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Jojojem International, 7, Cecelia Lopes, Marry Villa, Manipur, Vasai, New Mumbai issued vide, F.No.DRI/AZU/INT-41/2008-Jojojem/6355 to 6357 dated 31st January, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
