Notification No. 118/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O.    (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin and   authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed, to act as,-

(i)  the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Export), Chennai; and

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Port),  Kolkata,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to  M/s Rajat Pharmachem Limited, Rajat Enclave, 102-103/A, Wing A, Gayatri Darshan,  Thakur Complex, Kandivali (East), Mumbai – 400101 and others, issued vide F.No. DRI/BZU/G/Inv-03/2005-06, dated the 4th May, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 4th Floor, Hotel Waldorf, 16, Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai.
