S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)   of    section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.96/2006-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 5^th September, 2006, S.O.1430(E), dated the 5^th September, 2006, namely :-

In the table to the said notification, serial numbers 1, 4, 6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto under columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
