Notification No. 71/2005-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st  November, 1994, namely:-

In the Table, annexed to the said notification, against serial number 7 relating to Jammu and Kashmir, in column (4), for the existing entries, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

       (1)             (2)                (3)                 (4)

“Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”.

Note: The principal notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994 was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and was subsequently amended by Notification No. 01/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 11th January, 2005 (S.O. No. 42 (E) dated 11th January, 2005).
