G.S.R 519(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 637A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, (Department of Company Affairs) published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i) vide G. S,R. 309(E) dated 30-4-2002, namely :—
In the said notification, in the Table below clause (5) of Explanation to paragraph 1, under the column relating to Compliance date i.e. “31-3-2005”, the figures “31-3-2006” shall be substituted.
