Notice
Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has been pleased to pass following order on 26th of April 2021:
“In wake of exponential rise in the number of COVID-19 positive cases at Prayagraj and also keeping in view the safety of learned counsel, litigants staff and other stakeholders, Courts in the High Court at Allahabad are functioning through virtual mode only.
In light of the above, it is directed that from 27th of April 2021 all filings at Allahabad shall be permitted through e-mode only, until further orders.
Registry to notify necessary instructions for e-filing, today itself.”
