Penalty of Non Filing of LLP Form – 3:
In case LLP is not able to file the “LLP Agreement” in “Form-3” within 30 days of its
Incorporation or any changes in agreement as the case may be it has to pay penalty as below-
-Minimum Penalty- 100 Rs Per Day
– Maximum Penalty- No Limit
Consequence of Non Filing of Form – 3 After Incorporation of LLP
If any LLP failed to file its “LLP Agreement” in “Form-3” then such LLP will not be able to file any other forms (like Form-11 & Form-8 etc) to Registrar until the Default Shall be Continue.

I have an LLP incorporated in 2014. It did business for a year and then became defunct. Now all the bank accounts are closed and I have got all the necessary certifications from CA/CS. However, the partnership deed has gone missing. One of the partners has also left the country and unreachable. I want to file Form 24 but the website is asking for Form 3 to be submitted first. As i said, I dont have the partnership deed. What to do?
After filling the details in form 3 LLP (Version 3) downloaded the file and see that there no attachment it shows empty and the form which i downloaded also just 53Kb only.
where can i see my attachments ?
In case there is no attachments RoC will resubmit the form?
Because while i done my LLP incorporation in that e form it show there is attachment
