NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th March, 2018
S.O. 1023(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O. 3118 (E), dated the 3rd October, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 3rd October, 2016, namely:-
2. In the said notification,-
(i) for serial numbers (3) and (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
| “(3) Shri Makarand Lele, | Member, |
| President, Nominee of the Institute of, Secretaries of India | [nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 210A]”; |
| (4) Shri Naveen N.D. Gupta, President, | Member, |
| Nominee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India | [nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 210A]”; |
(ii) for serial number (6) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
| “(6) Shri Saurav Sinha, Chief | Member, |
| General Manager-in-Charge, Nominee of the Reserve Bank of India | [nominated under clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 210A]”; |
