CONTRA LEKCISES 739,-In exercise of the powers conferred by rule I91-T3 of tho Ceram! Excises Rolm 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend‑ment in the notification of the Government of India is the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.3/61,dated the 4th February, 1961. namely :fp the said notification, afterconditiop R, the Following condition dial be inserted, namely :‑”(9A) The Collector may et his discretion. permit exporters other than manufacturers to export hookah tobacco in bond subject to such conditions and requirements ris he may consider necessary”
