    If a person is Dir in 5 companies, at the time of filing annual returns, does he have to inform in each return, the other companies in which he is Dir

    If yes, which is the form and how can we download or get it from MCA

    I am a 60 year old, retired engineering consultant. We were cheated by a Builder, who runs 6 other companies. We are exploring ways to fix him up
