PRE-REQUISITES for incorporation of Private Limited Company:

1. Subscribers and or/ Directors (who have to affix their DSCs in any incorporation related forms) are required to get themselves registered as Business user/ upgrade their role to Business user and associate the DSC.

2. Proposed name – maximum two {check domain or check trademark}

3. Company Information-

  • Type of company
  • Class of Company
  • Category of Company
  • Sub-category of Company

4. Search and select industry subclass (NIC Codes)

5. Share Capital Breakup

6. Valid Email ID of the Company

7. Number and amount of shares subscribed by the Directors/ Members

8. If correspondence address is same as proposed registered office address then Longitude and Latitude of the proposed registered office address along with Full address having Phone No., Mobile No. Email-id required

9. proof of office address (Conveyance/ lease deed/ rent agreement along with rent receipts)

10. copy of utility bills that is not older than two months

11. In case subscriber is non individual then CIN of the Company is required (Phone number & email id also) along with Particulars of the person authorized by the entity on its behalf-

  • DIN
  • Place of Birth
  • Occupation type (Business/Professional/Government/Employment/Private Employment /Housewife Student/Others
  • Area of Occupation
  • If ‘Others’ selected, please specify
  • Educational Qualification (Primary education/Secondary education/Vocational qualification Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree/Doctorate or higher/Professional Diploma/Others)

12. Confirmation whether apply for GSTIN or not

13. Self-attested proof of identity and residence of Proposed directors/Subscribers (Non individual- Self-attested KYC of person authorized).

14. Interest of proposed directors in other entities

-CIN

– Nature of interest- Designation, % of shareholding, amount, others.

In some Directors not having Din then following details required:

1. Self-attested KYCs

  • Identity Proof – Driving License/Aadhaar Card/Voter ID card/Passport
  • Residential Proof – Mobile Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Bank Statement

2. Place of Birth

3. *Occupation type (Business/Professional/Government/Employment/Private Employment /Housewife Student/Others

4. *Area of Occupation

5. *If ‘Others’ selected, please specify

7. Duration of stay at present address (Years/Month) {If duration of stay at present address is less than one year then address of previous residence}

Checklist for incorporation of Private Limited Company

In case of OPC

1. Name of the person nominated by the Subscriber to the MOA (DIN)

2. Self attested KYC of nominee

3. Occupation type (Business/Professional/Government/Employment/Private Employment /Housewife Student/Others

4. Area of Occupation

5. If ‘Others’ selected, please specify

6. Educational Qualification (Primary education/Secondary education/Vocational qualification Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree/Doctorate or higher/Professional Diploma/Others)

Additional Information for applying Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN)

For both PAN & TAN

1. Area Code – AO type Range Code AO No.

2. Source of Income

If the Company apply for the GSTIN

1. State Jurisdiction (Sector/ Circle/ Ward/ charge/ unit).

2. Centre Jurisdiction (refer https://cbic-gst.gov.in/cbec-portal-ui/?knowYourJuris)

3. Establishment on Lease (if “yes” leased from Date to Date)

4. Nature of possession ((Own/Leased /Rented /Consent /Shared/Others) -if Other, than specify

5. Proof of principal place of Business (Property Tax Receipt (TAXR)/Municipal Khata copy (CMUK), Electricity Bill (ELCB)/ Rent/ Lease Agreement (RLAT), Consent Letter (CNLR)/Rent receipt with NOC (In case of no/expired agreement) (RNOC), Legal ownership document (LOWN)

6. Building Premises of establishment is owned or hired-Period in case of Hired or leased.

7. Option for composition- if selected yes-

7 (a) Composition Declaration- I hereby declare that aforesaid business shall abide by the conditions and restrictions specified in the Act or Rules for opting to pay tax under the composition levy

7 (b) Category of Registered Person-Manufacturer of non‐notified goods

-Supplier of food and non‐ alcoholic drinks

-Any other eligible supplier

18. Employer’s Particulars- Appropriate Branch Office and Inspection office

19. Bank Particular- Punjab National Bank and ICICI only (Self attested KYC of authorized signatory for opening of bank account)
