As per the Limited Liability Partnership (Second amendment) Rules, 2022 and MCA-V3 Instruction Kit for Form FiLLiP following are the requirement for new incorporation of LLP:
PRE-REQUISITES FOR NEW INCORPORATION OF LLP
1. MCA – V3 Business User ID of all Directors/Shareholders
2. DSC update on MCA V3
REQUIREMENTS FOR DSC:
1. Self-attested PAN
2. Self-Attested Aadhar
3. Mobile Number (linked to Aadhar)
4. E-Mail ID
The respective director will receive Mobile OTP (2/3 times) and E-Mail OTP (1/2 times) for processing the DSC. Thereafter a video verification is required to be done.
FOR THE DESIGNATED PARTNER/PARTNER NOT HAVING VALID DIN:
1. Self-attested copy of PAN card
2. Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card
3. Nationality
4. Whether resident of India
5. Place of Birth- state and district
6. Whether citizen of India
7. Occupation type (Business/Professional/Government/Employment/Private Employment /Housewife Student/Others) If Others – specify
8. Educational qualification

10. Permanent address along with jurisdiction of police station
11. Whether present residential address same as permanent residential address
12. Duration of stay at present address (years and months), if duration of stay at present address is less than one year then address of previous residence

14. Self- attested copy of Residential Proof – self attested proof (Bank Statement/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Mobile Bill/Utility Bill/ Registered/notarised Rent Agreement)
FOR NAME RESERVATION
1. Proposed Names
2. NIC code as the primary Industrial Classification.
3. Main NIC Code (sub-class) of industrial activity of the LLP (https://www.ncs.gov.in/Documents/NIC_Sector.pdf)

FOR INCORPORATION OF LLP
1. Whether the proposed name is based on a trademark registered or is subject matter of an application pending for registration under the Trade Marks Act (if yes then approval of the registered trademark required)
2. Address of registered office of LLP
- Full address with PIN code
- Longitude and Latitude
- Jurisdiction of police station
3. Contact Details – phone no. (with STD/ISD code), mobile no., fax and Email-ID
4. Proof of Office address along with NOC, if applicable (Conveyance/ Lease deed/Rent Agreement along with rent receipts)
5. Copy of the utility bills (not older than two months)
6. Total number of designated partners and partners of the LLP*
*Please note that Total number of Designated Partners (having DIN/DPIN and not having DIN/DPIN) shall not exceed 3.
7. Particulars of individual designated partners /designated partners/ individual partner:
