Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by exercising the power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th November, 2009
S.O. 2851(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment m the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affair, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 21st July, 2009 vide number S.O. 1800(E) dated 21st July, 2009, namely :—
In the said notification, against Serial No. (5), for the entry “Nominee of the Reserve Bank of India”, the entry “Shri P. Vijay Bhaskar, Chief General Manager-in-charge, Reserve Bank of India” shall be substituted.
