Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by exercising the power conferred under section 210A of companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September, 2008
S.O. 2266(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008, vide number S.O. 1270(E), dated 30th May, 2008, namely
In the said notification, against serial number (8), for the entry, “Shri Dinesh Verma, CIT(ITA), Central Board of Direct Taxes” the entry, “Shri Anand Kumar Kedia, Director (TPL-1II), Central Board of Direct Taxes” shall be substituted.
