Job Description

Conversant with GST laws Handling advisory services under GST which includes:

-Taxability of the transaction

-Alternative structuring derivation

-Research on judicial precedents etc.

-Discussion on client queries and providing opinions on the same

-Drafting reply to notices and appeals

-Interaction with clients for finalizing and filling appeals

-Overseeing routine compliances under GST which includes computations, registrations, returns

-Ability to work in a team

-Preparation of Case for opinions

-Keeping track of change in regulations & judgments

-Analysis of statutory provisions

-Regular updating technical knowledge
