Sub: Black Money Law-your urgent response requested with respect to Rules Framing
As you are aware, the law on BLACK MONEY (UNDISCLOSED FOREIGN INCOME AND ASSETS) AND IMPOSITION OF TAX has already been enacted. The Rules are in framing.
We want to make urgent representations with reference to the issues which can be taken care in the Rules.
We therefore request you to kindly send to us at the earliest but by Saturday, 27th June, 2015, the issues and your views which can be addressed and accommodated in the Rules. We have been constrained to request you at a very short notice. Kindly bear with us.
Please treat the above as most urgent.
We are also representating to the CBDT to come out with FAQ’s on the new law. You may kindly send the issues and your views in this regard to the following email id dtc.suggestions@icai.in.
