The Uniform Credit Reporting Format has two Annexes, Annex-I contains two formats for credit reporting, viz., Consumer Bureau and Commercial Bureau, whereas Annex-II contains credit reporting format for Micro Finance Institution (MFI) segment.
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Debt Instruments) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2021. (ii) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
