In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development& Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Chapter 5 of Schedule 2 (Export Policy) of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment, with immediate effect, in Notification No. 73 (RE- 2013)/2009-14 dated 12.03.2014 relating to export of onion.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby exempts export of the following items to Bhutan from any export ban.
An online complaint resolution system relating to EDI issues has been established where users can file online complaint. User can go to ‘icon’ “EDI complaint resolution” and feed following data in the system to get the issues addressed. A key number for each complaint will be generated which can be followed up by the users and DGFT officials for early resolution of issues.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes Trade Promotion Council of India to issue Certificate of Origin.
The structure of Appendix-4D is being changed. The Bilateral/Regional Preferential Trade Agreements signed by India are being included along with their respective agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential). While, the Export Inspection Council (EIC) is mandated to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential) for all goods under all trade agreements; Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) is also now being authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential) for Marine products under all trade agreements. In addition, with respect to textiles and made ups, the Textiles Committee is being authorized toissue Certificate of Origin(Preferential) under India-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IJCEPA).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby amends with immediate effect Para 4 of Notification No 22(RE-2013)/2009-14 dated 18th June 2013 read with Notification No. 45 (RE-2013)/2009-14 dated 09.10.2013 relating to Sl. No. 92 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items as under.
It has been decided that the date of effect for implementation of Self-certification regarding compliance of bar-coding requirements on secondary and tertiary level packaging on export consignment of pharmaceuticals and drugs as mentioned at Para 3 of Public Notice No. 56(RE-2013)/2009-14 dated 01.04.2014 shall be 15th May, 2014.
Notification No. 77 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 of 27.03.2014 had permitted export of the following quantities of pulses to the Republic of Maldives under bilateral trade agreement between Government of India and Government of Maldives during the period 2014-15 to 2016-17.
