Subject:- Exemption to Bhutan from the application of export bans by India on export of Milk Powder, Wheat, Edible Oils, Pulses and Non Basmati Rice.

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby exempts export of the following items to Bhutan from any export ban:

(i) Milk powder

(ii) Wheat

(iii) Edible oil

(iv) Pulses

(v) Non-basmati rice

2.Effect of this Notification:

Export of above items to Bhutan will be exempted from any ban and without any quantitative restrictions. This supersedes earlier Notification No. 87 of 05.12.2011 & Notification No. 104 of 05.03.2012.
