NOTIFICATION
No. 5/2000-Central Excise (N.T.), dated 10-2-2000.

In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266-67-Central Excise, dated 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. 1771, dated the 28th February, 1967),namely:-

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzo), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:-
“(zzzp) “Nallalam” of Beypor village, District – Kozikode, Kerala.”

Note :
(i) This notification seeks to extend inter-warehousing movement of petroleum products and low sulphur heavy stock to and from “Nallalam” of Beypore village, District – Kozikode, Kerala

(ii) The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification no. 266/67-Central Excise, dated 26.11.1967 (G.S.R. 1771 dated 28.11.1967) and was last amended by notification no. 3/2000-Central Excise (NT), dated 13.1.2000 (G.S.R. 38 (E) dated 13.1.2000.
