My gst canceled in June due to non filing from January 2020. I have appealed for revocation on time. But it took 24 minutes to revoke. After revocation , I have to pay 10000 rs penalty per month. I didn’t paid as I haven’t any business since February 2020. Only nil returns were to be filed. But this penalty was too high and I have asked to remove this 24 month’s penalty. Instead of that they have canceled my gst again. What can I do now ?
