No. F.53/461/GAD/CN/2021/4041-4089.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs’ Notification No. U-11030/2/73-UTL dated 28/06/1973, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to declare the holidays specified in the Schedule below, to be the Public Holidays in the National Capital Territory of Delhi during the year 2022 (Saka Era 1943-44):-
