CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th June, 2020

Case No. ADD (OI) 33/2019

Subject: – Anti-dumping investigation concerning the imports of Aniline from China PR

F. No. 6/42/2019-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Preliminary Finding, vide notification No. 6/42/2019-DGTR dated 12th June 2020, in respect of subject Anti-dumping investigation.

1. Text of para 98 of the said notification is substituted by the following

“98. In terms of provision contained in Rule 4(d) of the Rules, the Authority recommends imposition of anti- dumping duty equal to the lesser of margin of dumping and the margin of injury, so as to remove the injury to the Domestic Industry. Accordingly, provisional anti-dumping duty equal to the amount mentioned in Column 7 of the duty table below is recommended to be imposed from the date of the Notification to be issued by the Central Government, on all imports of subject goods originating in or exported from subject country.”

2. Duty table at para 98 remains
