PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 26 /2004-09
NEW DELHI : DATED : 23/11/2004
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/deletions/corrections and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2002-2007, as amended.
2. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, (Vol.2) 2002-2007, as amended, amendments/ corrections/ deletion at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure “A” to this Public Notice are made.
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions are made at appropriate places as mentioned below:-
CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sr.No.A-3421, new entries at Sr. No. A-3422 to A-3470 are added as per Annexure “B” to this Public Notice.
ENGINEERING PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sr.No.C-1994, new entries at Sr. No. C-1995 to C-2006 are added as per Annexure “C” to this Public Notice.
